Job Description: The Senior Director of Development position is a support role, aiding Ryan's general commercial real estate product type as well as sector-specific markets. This position is responsible for the pursuit of new business and to support the execution of Ryan-owned and third-party owned development and construction projects. Some things you can expect to do: Jointly develop the annual revenue and profit goals with the regional leader and sales team. Identify and pursue development, construction, and real estate management projects for the region, identifying top priority prospects, both on a geographic and a client group basis. Strategically pursue clients and lead project pursuits, including responses to proposals and RFP’s and lead the sales presentations for all major projects. Assist in the development of and support the marketing and sales strategy for the region, including active management of the public relations, industry involvement, and award applications.
