Why this role is important to us The Alpha Business Architecture team helps shape how clients connect to and use the Alpha Platform. We work on defining and documenting standard interfaces, business processes, and system workflows that support Alpha’s end to end solutions. In this role, you’ll support efforts to clearly capture business requirements, create easy to understand process diagrams, and document design decisions. You’ll also help identify opportunities to standardize solutions, reduce complexity, and improve how Alpha services are delivered to clients in a consistent and scalable way.
