Lead Dry Clean Full Time – Hourly: At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base hiring pay for this role is $22.30 per hour/week. - Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa. - Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. - Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions) Job Responsibilities: - Record man hours for each job. - Scrape barn in accordance with SOP. - Maintain equipment according to maintenance plan. - Ensure ALL equipment is cleaned between jobs. - Follow ALL biosecurity procedures. - Report any damage to farm manager and support supervisor. - Ensure all people are wearing proper PPE at all times according to the Safety Absolutes! - Make sure that any problems are reported to supervisor in a timely manner. - Follow all harassment rules reporting any issues to supervisor immediately Minimum Qualifications: - Good work history - Must have a valid driver's license with good vehicle operating record - Must be in good physical condition (able to wear respiratory, eye protection, and any/all safety protection wear for extended periods of time...
