Catholic Social Services is currently seeking a Permanent full-time, 40 hours per week, Team Leader in EDMONTON to join our Kateri 3 House. Providing excellent client-centered care, you are confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in your community. This position has a weekly schedule of 40 hours. Program Overview: Kateri 3 House is a routine based program directed to the age of children within the program. These children respond to highly structured environments in which the staff adjust expectations to accommodate child’s stressors. Job Summary: The Team Leader oversees the daily operations of the program. The Team Leader also ensures that the needs of the clients are met. Additionally, the Team Leader trains, supervises, and evaluates employees who provide the direct services to clients with humility, compassion and respect.
