Overview We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and continuously improve high-impact learning solutions that strengthen capability, accelerate performance, and deliver measurable impact across the business. This role sits within the APAC L&D team and partners closely with business leaders, HR, and global L&D colleagues. It combines program ownership, facilitation, content development, and internal consulting across both early careers and experienced populations, ensuring learning solutions are aligned to business priorities and drive measurable outcomes. We operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where learning is expected to be practical, relevant, and directly linked to business outcomes. This role requires someone who can engage a highly analytical audience and deliver solutions that drive real performance improvement.
