This is a sourcing-only role focused on EMEA GTM functions (Sales, AE, SE, Partnerships, Marketing, CS). The contractor needs to operate independently as a thought partner, not just an executor. They'll build talent maps, run full-cycle sourcing workflows, and work primarily in Gem as the CRM. Qualifications: Hard Requirements: 3+ years sourcing or recruiting research experience Demonstrated GTM sourcing (Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships) at a tech company Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search Active Gem CRM experience (required per intake) Can work PST (CST acceptable): Stability on resume: flag any short stints that aren't contract or documented personal leave Preferred/Strong Plus: EMEA market knowledge (talent hubs, key cos, regional nuances) Background at high-bar, recognizabl...
