Resident Experience & Operations Intern | Windsor Communities - Miami, FL This is a 10-week, on-site summer internship. Ideal for students interested in sales, customer experience, and business operations in real estate/hospitality-style environments. For the fifth year in a row, Windsor Communities is the recipient of the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award achieving the top award for Overall Customer Service. DESCRIPTION: The Operations Intern will support the on‑site Operations team in delivering an exceptional resident experience while gaining hands‑on exposure to property management, customer service, and day‑to‑day community operations. This internship is designed for a motivated college student interested in real estate, property management, operations, or hospitality and provides meaningful, real‑world experience in a fast‑paced environment.
