UI/UX Developer

SHINE Systems is hiring a UI/UX Developer to support our customers in the Aerospace and Defense industry. In this role, you will lead the modernization and consolidation of mission-critical web applications by designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for cleared end users operating in high-stakes environments. You will conduct UX audits and user research, identify friction points within legacy systems, and translate complex operational requirements into streamlined workflows, wireframes, and scalable interface designs. The ideal candidate will drive the development and maintenance of a robust Figma Design System/UI Kit while partnering closely with technical teams to architect and develop responsive, pixel-perfect web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Angular. This role also requires ensuring all user interfaces meet Section 508 accessibility compliance standards and support an iterative, agile development lifecycle.
