Overview Overview: The Customer Success Executive maintains and advances the overall customer relationship, speaking to how HealthEdge can solve and advance our customer's critical business objectives over time. The ideal candidate will have proven experience facilitating the successful adoption of a new technology within a commercial software environment, proven experience enabling customers to achieve maximum value from the partnership to drive adoption of HealthEdge Solutions, and an understanding of the general operations of a health plan as well as the healthcare industry as a whole. About Commercial Excellence: The HealthEdge Commercial Excellence function includes Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. These three organizations, combined as the Commercial Excellence function, are responsible for meeting the business’s annual and long-term financial objectives, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, and increasing HealthEdge brand awareness and market visibility.
