About the opportunity The Head of Business Operations is a member of the Logicalis Australia leadership team and responsible for the ownership of the operational and commercial strategy for Logicalis Australia. This role is responsible for the designing, executing, and optimising the operational framework that enables the organisation to deliver on its strategic objectives. This role ensures seamless integration across sales, delivery, finance and customer success, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, data integrity, and continuous improvement. What will you be doing?: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that support the organisation’s growth, profitability, and market positioning. Partner with leadership to translate business goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform operational decision-making and innovation.
