Position Summary: This role turns medical pharmacy performance data into strategic insights and decision-ready recommendations for the Aetna Pharmacy team across all lines of business. You’ll evaluate in-flight initiatives, monitor operational and experience trends, and partner with clinical and pharmacy network stakeholders to pinpoint the highest-impact drivers, clarify tradeoffs, and set a focused path of action.
