JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Associate (m/f/d) with 32h/week to join our dynamic team in our Prada Outlet in Roermond. As a Client Advisor (m/f/d), you will represent the Company towards customers and achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the Department and the Store. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process. - Understand the customer’s needs, both expressed and hidden. - Present and value the product range. - Boost cross-selling and additional sales. - Ensure the correct management (cleaning, care, replacement) of the products in the department.
