The role provides day‑to‑day operational leadership across a transport team of 6 drivers and a yard operation comprising 4 operatives and 1 Team Leader, ensuring activities are delivered in line with legal compliance, Enva safety standards and operational performance expectations. The postholder plays a critical role in maintaining site discipline, workflow efficiency, stock control, vehicle compliance, housekeeping standards and people management, while fostering a strong safety‑led culture across all operations.
