*** THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS (restrictions may apply) **** The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides care to patients with health conditions that may limit their ability to move and perform daily activities, under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). The PTA assists in implementing treatment plans designed to restore physical function and mobility, promote wellness, and improve patients’ quality of life. The PTA delivers skilled therapy services in alignment with the mission and objectives of Nascentia Health. Performance Responsibilities and Standards: 1. Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services. 2. Assume responsibility for supervision of paraprofessionals relevant to patient care plan 3. Comply with Nascentia Health policies and procedures. 4. Participate in personal growth and development. 5. Present a professional image to clients and the community. 6. Perform all other job duties as assigned.
