Corporate Painter

Job description

The Painter must be able to plan, organize and complete painting of resident’s rooms and public areas in a fully functional skilled nursing facility. Performs interior and exterior repairs. Essential Functions and Qualifications: Our Painter will need reliable transportation to and from all LHS Facilities. Mileage will be reimbursed following our travel policy. - The necessary skills will include but are not limited to painting, repairing/replacing dry wall and wallpaper. - Must be able to work independently. - Monitor and organize inventory, prep for scheduled painting related jobs - Complete work orders associated with resident requests or renovations in a timely and professional manner - Strong communication skills - Good hands-on people skills Education and Experience: - High school or equivalent - Trade school or vocational school or equivalent experience perferred We are proud to offer: Legacy Health Services is a family-owned and operated post-acute care company based in Parma, Ohio. “Our Family Caring for Yours” is as true today as it was when the company was created over fifty years ago.
