Ice Cream Server

Job description

Description We are looking for professional, polite, and engaging servers who will be responsible for taking orders from and serving ice cream and other foods to customers. Servers will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve ice cream and other menu items. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure and have previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment. - Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. - Take orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude. - Engage with customers in a friendly manner. - Deliver orders in a timely manner. - Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils. - Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions. - Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
