Department: 60901 Navicent Health Medical Center: Baldwin - Lab Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday - Friday (no weekends or holidays) Evening shift - 1p - 1030p - some overnight as necessary Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 Job Summary: Responsible for laboratory operations in the technical area(s) of the Hospitals and Clinics within the Advocate Health enterprise, which may include department, discipline and/or shift oversight. Supervises the implementation of enterprise laboratory strategies and standards through close collaboration with site leaders. Ensures peak laboratory operations by driving optimization of resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality in achieving Advocate Health goals and objectives including planning, monitoring, and implementing laboratory operations in a cost effective, quality and service-oriented manner.
