Field Service Technician 3 Department: Machine Division (MAC): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Eagle Pass: Description: The Field Service Technician III provides face-to-face customer service located at an off-site location and is responsible for the troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning of various light and heavy construction equipment. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development. Essential Functions: · Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards · Performs basic to intermediate repairs and minimal troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision · Performs basic to intermediate troubleshooting and minimal diagnoses of equipment malfunctions and failures · Removes and install parts, disassembles and assembles components to CAT specifications · Tests, makes adjustments, and verifies proper operation of all repairs and adjustments · Prepares and c...
