Job Description Position: Lead Restoration Technician Reports to: Project Manager – Emergency Services Location: Shrewsbury, MA About us: Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters. Hours: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7:15am to 4:30pm, Optional Overtime included. Certifications: - Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule. - Water and/or Mold Certification preferred Qualifications: - 2 years or more relevant experience - Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. - Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces. - Ability to lift 60 lbs.
