Job Summary: The Program Supervisor position is an integral part of the City of Greeley’s Recreation Division and is responsible for the on-site supervision and management of recreation services, programs, and events. The Program Supervisor will report to the Recreation Coordinator and/or the Recreation Leader and provide oversight and leadership to hourly staff and volunteers. The Program Supervisor is expected to exercise sound judgment and effectively serve all areas of the program. Experience, Knowledge, Skills: Preferred: - CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required within 60 days of hire. - Two (2) officiating experience. - Three (3) years of customer service experience.
