We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Client Service member to join our team. What you will be doing: You will be part of the Client Service team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email. More specifically, you will: - Answer all basic inbound calls: policy questions, payment clarifications, claim guidance and complaints. - Log and triage requests: pass them to the correct MGA/agent. - Track complaints and create reports for management. - First-line support for MGAs: they can redirect smaller queries to our call center. - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools. - Liaise with Product and Business Development teams to enhance our features.
