Position Overview: As Assistant Controller, you'll be part of our Industrial Finance Controllership team working as an on-site employee at our Brea, CA location. Key Responsibilities: ' Serve as a key member of both the finance and plant leadership teams, acting as a strategic partner to drive business results across our Brea, California manufacturing facility. ' Collaborate closely with site leadership to influence operational decisions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the financial health of multiple P&Ls within a dynamic environment featuring fully internalized engineering, testing, and production. ' Reporting to the CAM Fasteners Controller, you will lead site cost accounting activities and' provide the analytical insights and business partnership needed to achieve plant objectives.
