Job Description The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for the accurate settlement, accounting, and financial analysis of NGL purchase/sale and marine transportation activities. The position supports month-end close through accruals, inventory calculations, reconciliations, and variance analysis, while ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls. The incumbent partners closely with front, middle, and back office teams to support forecasting, reporting, and continuous process improvement, and provides oversight of day-to-day accounting entries. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are critical for success. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Settlement of NGL purchase and sale and marine transportation, on monthly and ad-hoc basis. - Prepare monthly accruals and inventory calculations. - Provide timely analysis of month-over-month and year-over-year variances. - Review and approve day to day accounting entries of other staff members, ensuring accuracy, appropriate backup and calculations - Complete account reconciliations of general ledger accounts. - Build and strengthen relationship with fron...
