Associate - Fulfillment Operations

Job description

Overview The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for transporting incoming merchandise to the correct physical location in the warehouse. They are responsible for maintaining selection or pick locations by lifting, lowering and carrying merchandise to stage primary selection locations. This role uses technology to ensure accuracy of physical location of merchandise and monitor inventory movement within the warehouse. The successful Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is self-motivated, detail oriented, and team oriented. This role reports to the Warehouse Fulfillment Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: - Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment - Follow loss prevention policies and procedures and report discrepancies to supervisor - Proficiency with Order Management System (OMS) software - Maintains inventory control accuracy by executing proper receiving procedures and reporting - Process purchase orders (PO) receiving, including inspection of incoming merchandise, mis-mate inspection of each piece of footwear, tagging, and accurate putaway to bin locations (LOCS) - Ensure accurate processing of incoming merchandise to correct physical location in...
