Position Summary: Facility is a Level II Mental Health Transitional Living Home licensed through BHA. Facility serves adults of all genders with 16 beds where residents can stay for two weeks while stepping down from hospitalization, taking respite from homelessness, or for a safe environment during medication regimen changes.
