We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, with multiple positions available to support various sites across the state. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Coordinate day ‑ to ‑ day facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites Liaise with contractors to schedule, supervise and quality ‑ check works Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules and compliance documentation Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve...
