Senior Proposals Administrator Reporting to the Manager, Proposals - Buildings West the Proposals Administrator – Buildings plays a critical role in supporting the Buildings proposal team by establishing, maintaining, and governing centralized proposal content and systems, and by providing handson proposal coordination support once the content environment is in place. This role is wellsuited to someone with direct proposal experience in the construction / AEC environment who understands how proposal teams work under deadline, how content is reused and adapted, and how poor information management creates risk. The successful candidate will be highly organized, technically capable, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across regions. The position is based in one of our West location offices – Calgary, Edmonton, or Richmond, Vancouver.
