About Phorest Phorest powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company. We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster. The Opportunity: As the People Partner (Australia), you’re the heartbeat of the office and the secret weapon for our leaders. Reporting into the Global People function as part of our all-star People Partner team, with a dotted-line report into the local Head of Operations, this role is ideal for someone looking to expand their People skillset, potentially stepping up from an Advisor role, and enjoy the flexibility of a part-time role (15.2 hours per week - spread across 3 days).
