The role We are now looking for a People Communications Specialist to help us elevate how we communicate with our people across the organization. This role will play a key part in shaping engaging internal communication, supporting employer branding initiatives, and bringing learning and talent projects to life through strong storytelling and visual content. If you combine creativity with structure, care deeply about how messages are experienced, and enjoy translating ideas into impactful content, this could be a great opportunity for you. What you will do: Content Creation & Visual Design: Create graphic assets, presentations, and visual materials aligned with AIRE’s brand identity. Edit short-form videos for internal communication and social media-related initiatives. Develop engaging content for internal campaigns, newsletters, learning initiatives, and HR-related communications. Internal Communications: Draft internal communications, corporate messages, emails, signage, and communication pieces for different audiences.
