The Program Manager's dual roles include planning, monitoring, evaluation, and supervision of direct staff that provide ongoing intensive services to at-risk families in Nassau County. Additional duties added include grant writing to obtain new funding to expand services. Supervision is directed at ensuring risk appropriate care for clients, assuring quality services and protecting the integrity and respect of the families we serve.
