Job Summary Serves as a facilitative lead and proactive coach of improvement activities through the application of a wide range of needed expertise. Builds relationships with leaders at all levels of the region, including clinicians, front-line care teams, and other stakeholders to assess and enhance systems to produce optimal organizational process outcomes. Leveraging their expertise, relationships, and data (both qualitative and quantitative), this role supports the planning, execution and monitoring of processes and systems to translate goals into tactical action plans. Essential Functions: - Oversees small to medium sized, multi-faceted projects varying in complexity and involving cross functional experts. These projects may be a portion or phase of a larger project or program. - Drives progress of the project including overseeing the assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Manages work plan, scope and aids in assessment of resource requirements in order to achieve desired outcomes and directs re-engineering efforts.
