State Street IM is seeking an accomplished ETF professional to join our ETF Delivery and Oversight team as an Assistant Vice President. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will become part of a global team dedicated to the review and oversight of all ETF information across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for managing key controls to ensure data accuracy throughout our global ETF product lines and supporting our diverse ETF clients. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of ETF experience, a passion for operational excellence, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, playing a vital part in upholding the integrity and reliability of ETF data worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Data Accuracy Controls: Oversee and enhance operational controls to ensure the integrity of ETF data across all global product lines and client deliverables for State Street IM and ETF as a Service clients. - ETF Lifecycle Management: Actively participate in the execution and oversight of ETF lifecycle events, including examples such as fund launches, scheduled and ad hoc rebalances, and identifier changes, etc. - Primary Market & Capital Markets Collabo...
