Customer Quality Engineer (f/m/d) Company: Boeing Distribution Services ISC GmbH Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer (f/m/d) for the Henstedt-Ulzburg, GER facility. Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer quality metrics are met or exceeded to maintain preferred supplier status. You will lead customer quality reviews and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive root cause corrective actions and address non-conforming events. Additionally, you will oversee RMA processes and develop quality plans to support customer product requirements. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status. Conducts customer quality reviews with customers and internal BDSI organization. Leads technical calls with suppliers: Works in collaboration internally with supply chain and externally with the customer on supplier management work transfer process Drives root cause corrective actions (RCCA) with customers, suppliers and internal BDSI organization.
