About the role: We are looking for a SAP Global Solution Architect – Tribe Lead to own and drive the end to end solution architecture of our SAP HR business across international implementations and services. This role acts as design authority, thought leader, and capability lead for SD Worx’s global SAP Solution Architect community, ensuring scalable, high quality, and future proof solutions for enterprise customers. Which tasks can you expect?: Global Solution Architecture: - Act as design authority for SAP HXM solutions across multi country projects. - Define and govern end to end architectures covering Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Time, Workforce Management, integrations, and reporting. - Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and compliance across markets. - Review and approve complex solution designs, estimates, and Statements of Work.
