Company Description You will join one of the fastest growing technology start-ups in Europe according to the Financial Times (FT1000) and the winner of the Deloitte 2025 AI Value Driver award. Fluentbe offers language solutions for B2B in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Spain. We deliver over 40,000 teaching hours per month. We operate from two offices: in Poland and Spain, and half of our team works remotely. Our mission is to make language learning simple and enjoyable. Your responsibilities: - Owning and delivering your individual sales targets. - Proactively acquiring new B2B clients across the Spanish market and building lasting business relationships. - Presenting Fluentbe's offer and leading negotiations with key decision-makers (HR Directors, HR/L&D Managers, HR Business Partners). - Diagnosing client needs and proposing tailored solutions. - Tracking sales performance and adapting your approach in response to market trends.
