We are currently seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our beef processing team as Kill Floor General Laborer. This position is essential in supporting the humane and efficient slaughter and processing of cattle in accordance with safety and USDA guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Handle livestock humanely prior to and during the stunning process. Perform key slaughter tasks including bleeding, hide removal, evisceration, trimming, and carcass splitting. Use knives, saws, hooks, and pneumatic tools safely and accurately. Maintain a clean, safe work area by following sanitation and hygiene protocols.
