Overview Hourly Range: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour DOE Schedule: 5 days per week. 20 hours per week. (Part-time) Location: 266 Left Fork Hobble Creek Canyon, Springville, UT 84663 (On-site: 1-2 days a week) The Human Resources Manager leads all HR functions for our Springville Residential Treatment Program, ensuring our people practices align with organizational goals and foster a healthy, supportive workplace. This role supports the full employee life cycle from hiring and onboarding to training, talent development, retention, and compliance with all state, local, and federal employment requirements.
