The Opportunity: DataGrail helps companies manage consumer privacy at scale. Our Consent product sits at the front door of that experience, embedded directly on customer websites and apps. Supporting Consent deployments requires navigating a wide range of customer environments and technical setups. Our customers span from privacy-savvy engineering teams to non-technical marketers and privacy professionals who rely on clear guidance to get up and running. As an Implementation Specialist, Consent reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, you’ll serve as the technical expert for banner deployment, script, cookie management, and consent configuration. You’ll own post-sale implementation support for our Consent customers, build the tools and playbooks that help our Customer Success team scale, and partner directly with customers when issues require hands-on technical expertise.
