Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) Stanford Health Care is looking for Patient Care Coordinators (PCC/Medical Assistants) to be part of our strong team environment. A PCC works as the point person navigating the patients from every discipline through their clinic visit at Stanford Health Care. They work closely with other team members in different departments to provide quality patient care. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator II to join our Neurology team. Our team members are cross trained to work in multiple roles from front desk to back office. A few responsibilities the PCC will be assisting with are rooming patients, checking patients in and out, scheduling follow-up appointments, coordination of care, setting up procedural areas, assisting providers during procedures, managing providers schedules, and ensuring timely communication between the patient and the provider by responding to patient messages.
