Transaction Manager - Capital Markets Dublin, Ireland Full-time, Permanent Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite INTRO / JOB SUMMARY: The Transaction Manager, Loan Agency (Global Capital Markets) supports the delivery of loan agency services for a growing portfolio of client companies with underlying assets including real estate and auto loan portfolios, RMBS, CMBS, CDO, ABS, and trade receivables. Reporting to the Loan Agency Manager, you will manage end-to-end execution of loan transactions, including documentation review, closing coordination, system setup, cash movements, and stakeholder reporting. You will collaborate closely with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, and third-party service providers to ensure transactions are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable agreements and controls. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
