Job Summary Under direct supervision, the Composite Assembly Operator – Level I performs a variety of standard, generally repetitive manufacturing activities involved in the fabrication, assembly, and machine operations required to manufacture composite parts or assemblies. This role provides hands-on support to higher-level Assembly II personnel and contributes to the safe, timely, and high-quality production of aerospace components in accordance with established work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations. This is an entry level role and training will be provided. Job Responsibilities: Manufacturing & Assembly Support: - Assist Assembly II personnel in assembling parts, fittings, or subassemblies on aircraft using layout tools, hand tools, power tools, and fasteners such as bolts, screws, rivets, or clamps - Assist in the assembly of prototypes or integrated-technology demonstrators for new or emerging aircraft environmental technologies by following detailed product specifications and instructions - Assist in attaching brackets, hinges, clips, or other hardware to secure or support components and subassemblies using mechanical fasteners, chemical bonding, or wel...
