As the Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist for Controls, you will be responsible for pursuing large opportunities that help our customers modernize their equipment pursuing opportunities for both plan/spec and design/build or direct-to-owner projects. This role is a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have outstanding customer service. This is the ideal role for those that are results-oriented and are adept at handling large mechanical customer projects. Key Responsibilities: - Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities - Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC - Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions - Manage complex multi service solutions proposals - Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline - Demonstrate well developed sales skills to include expert awareness, commercial acumen and integrity - Seek out and access new Modernization opportunities both with existing customers and new prospect customers - Establish and build credibility - Develop and sustain customer relationsh...
