You’ll lead the end-to-end design and delivery of partner events and activations, from concept through to execution, optimisation and continuous improvement. Working alongside partnership and account teams, you’ll translate objectives into activation concepts that support new partner acquisition, deeper engagement and long‑term retention, while building scalable frameworks that uplift capability and consistency across the organisation. You’ll also act as a trusted subject‑matter expert; guiding best practice, ensuring safety and compliance, and helping teams deliver experiences that are on‑brand, impactful and truly meaningful.
