HubSpot’s Partner Systems & Automation team manages and scales the internal and third-party systems that power our global partner ecosystem, including the Solutions Partner Program and Tech Partner Program. We focus on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that solve pain points for partner operations teams and enable HubSpotters to better serve our partners through simplified, automated workflows and systems. As Manager, Partner Systems & Automation, you’ll lead a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) while staying close to the work. You’ll own the design and delivery of scalable, reliable partner systems, coach and develop your team, and partner with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Engineering to turn business strategy into high-quality systems roadmaps and solutions.
