Rud Pedersen Public Affairs regularly offers opportunities for motivated trainees to join our growing Brussels public affairs consultancy for a 6-month, paid internship. Our Brussels office opened in 2017, and we currently have a team of around 80 people across all of our business functions. We offer the opportunity to work and grow in a fast-paced and energetic consultancy environment. Anyone joining will have the opportunity to develop within the Rud Pedersen team, working with our Brussels partners and the wider company. The position: Responsibilities generally include: •Following EU developments and undertaking initial research on policy issues on behalf of clients; •Supporting team with legislative, regulatory and press monitoring; •Helping to organize and execute events; •Taking an active role in client teams, suggesting improvements for servicing of clients with regards to research; •Participating at external events relevant to day-to-day work and seeking to build relationships with external actors at an appropriate level; •Building competence at undertaking public affairs tasks on behalf of clients.
