Job Description Business Development Manager, Natural Colors– North America – Remote This role will cover US and Canada. Job Purpose: To be the main point of contact for Colors from Nature® to customers, proactively managing their needs, aligning with color capability and portfolio. As such delivering profitable sales growth, technical competence through education and brand awareness across customers. The job holder would be an experienced commercial and/or technical leader who demonstrates the ability to inspire customers, support a high-performance culture, is technically and commercially competent and has a real passion to develop a strong value proposition for Colors from Nature®. This is seen as key leadership and ambassador role in a highly strategic market for ADM and will have significant autonomy and visibility within the organization to continue building an exciting business unit.
