Summary The Entry‑Level Aircraft VIP Interior Mechanic assists in the installation, removal, and repair of aircraft cabin interiors for VIP and executive aircraft. Assists with materials, components, and parts required for production, maintenance, or project work are sourced, tracked, and delivered on time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist senior mechanics with installing, fitting, and removing interior components such as panels, seats, cabinets, carpets, and trim. - Support preparation tasks including surface protection, tool setup, part staging, and basic assembly. - Learn to read and follow simple work instructions, technical drawings, and shop paperwork. - Perform basic drilling, fastening, measuring, and layout tasks under supervision. - Help with disassembly and reassembly of interior components for inspections or repairs. - Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures. - Document work is performed in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality fit and finish of VIP interiors.
