Job description

Directs all maintenance activities, prepare and manage preventive maintenance. This is a hands-on position that will require you to coordinate and also perform repairs. Responsible for creating and maintaining a harmonious and dynamic work environment. Reports to the Asst. Director of Maintenance and Director of Maintenance. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance/plant related position. Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators. Etc. Must be able to use a variety of word-processing, database and spreadsheet software applications and programs. Knowledge of basic copy and duplication procedures required. Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. - Follow up on daily work assignments Directs the work of employees. Schedules lunch and rest breaks. Reassigns employees from one area to another area as facility needs. Dictates, receives and discusses with supervisor complaints.
