Job description

Description As our Shuttle Operator , you will responsible for customer relations and transporting guests between nearby Resorts & Campgrounds and local attractions, theme parks, wineries, and events. This is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability. Requirements: Job Requirements: - Greet guests and customers while assisting them in and out of the shuttle as needed - Monitor and address ongoing maintenance needs of the shuttle, including fueling the vehicle and regular oil changes - Communicate maintenance needs to the Resort Manager - Follow safety laws and procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles - Provide information and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, etc. to ensure guest satisfaction is maximized - Stock shuttle with water and snacks; replenishes as necessary, at select locations - Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle, both inside and outside, including window washing and trash removal - Book shuttles in the reservation system for transportation to events and verify passenger information, if applicable - Maintain a log of travel destinations, number of guests, vehicle mileage, and e...
