You combine strong technical execution with the ability to influence engineering quality, design standards, and long-term architectural decisions across multiple teams. You’re comfortable moving between product surfaces - from core app work to landing pages to UI systems - while keeping a high bar for accessibility, performance, and maintainability. You collaborate naturally with Design, Product, and Engineering partners, and you raise the bar for everyone around you.
